Good points, Brews. I think Loeffler has sexism working against her as well. Rev. Warnock could possibly cut into some of her evangelical support as well.

Warnock had the backing. Lieberman had the stain of his dad. Not sure about the other candidates. Everyone’s first choice was Abrams but she didn’t run.

Kind of surprised Ossoff did this well after disappointing in the special. He lost to Handel. McBath beat her narrowly in 2018 and beat her by 9 points this time. If Ossoff loses, McBath would certainly be a contender in 2026.

The thing that makes me feel better about the legal wrangling is that nobody with any intelligence or talent wants to work for this asshat, so his lawyers probably are real shitty.

You're probably right, but it's a shame in some respects. The DNC has long needed a complete overhaul, and if she could transfer her efforts in GA across the nation, I think the Democrats would be in much better shape at the grassroots and precinct levels for the 2022 off-year elections than they were this year. I certainly doubt that current DNC Chair Tom Perez will have Democrats ready, as he's about as useless as most other Dem party officials these days. Raise gobs of cash and little to show for it.

Anybody else excited for the Trump Presidential Library and how gaudy and awful it will look? Will it actually be on a university campus or just at one of his resorts?

Picturing a shitty replica of the Versailles with the interior below while every exhibit championing him as a warrior for the middle class.
