All you have to do is make them punt or kick a field goal. If you can't do that you deserve to lose. About as fair as you can make it without the farce of college rules and not play all night.
 
One of the biggest choke jobs ever....and it's entirely on the Atlanta coaches. Dumbest play-calling in history. They have an 8-point lead with a first down and are in FG position with 4 minutes to play...and start trying to pass the ball.
