RW - More Arrogant or More Incompetent

This subject has been discussed at length on these boards. Clearly RW's hiring , handling, and refusal to take ownership of the Bzz debacle can be attributed to his total arrogance and utter disregard for Wake Forest. But he also demonstrates his complete incomepetence at a job for which he is and has been paid handomely for many years. My question is - which is his bigger downfall? Is it his arrogance or incompetence?
