Zika is just an excuse for not wanting to travel and having little interest in the event. Spieth doesnt want to play but is going to because he has been used so heavily to market it. He's sort of boxed in at this point. The format is also terrible. Should have been 3 or 4 man teams from each country, played like college golf where you throw out the worst score each day. Then you get a team and and individual medal.

This event has really had some tough times.
A few years ago, there was a massive windstorm that ripped thru WV and western VA. Thousands of trees downed and hundreds of thousands without power for days or longer. Then there was 100+ temps. Very difficult for players and fans.

Does everyone behind him on the money list move up a spot and they bring in an additional golfer with the 25? Or are they competing for 24 spots?
