SS Anthony Wooding, Jr. Declared Eligible to Play Immediately by NCAA

Did reading the part about Calhoun being our OC from 2001-2003 make anybody else cry?
 
Plenty of other threads to discuss Lobo and the offense on, lets try to keep this one about the defense and Wooding. Congrats Anthony.

Sounds like he could step right in and play. Decent stats from his time with the fly boys.
 
I assume he will start over Janvion, but either way this bolsters the secondary, already a very strong unit.
 
Start him at QB. Being an AF guy he's gotta know how to run the option better than Tanner.
 
Wonder why the NCAA couldn't have made that call prior to the first game?
