Without getting into it in depth, look at Asheville or Durham. Really up and coming food cities.

Winston has some solid restaurants, but nothing really all that unique or interesting.

We actually need a year-round ice rink.

You know there is an IHOP on University just North of 52, right? Less than 5 minutes from campus.
