Would you trade [Redacted] for the BC coach?

Straight up, or do we have to trade cash and draft picks too?

I'd trade him for a Viagra, a case of '82 first growth Bordeaux, 2 eight balls, a Brazilian super model escort and a weekend in a luxury hotel suite.

I would trade any coach for that.

No I wouldn't. I think he's better in many ways, but I don't think Donahue will be able to put together ACC talent.

I don't know much about Donahue, but this team looked much better than ours did at this time last year. Same question that we have w/ [Redacted] sans Battle - can he recruit ACC talent?

It's less of a question. Donahue is from the Ivy League as is most of his staff.

No. Donahue has an entire staff completely unfamiliar with AAU, sneaker tournaments, or any of the other niceties of recruiting in a big-time conference like the ACC. Donahue had a nice stretch at Cornell with a once-in-a-lifetime roster of overlooked veterans and high-major transfers in from other programs. He knew he needed to strike when the iron was hot, and he took the first high-major program that offered him.

Granted, Donahue at least did something in the postseason with his mid-major darling, making the Sweet 16 before getting trounced by Kentucky. That being said, [Redacted] has already nabbed some decent recruits and has a staff with more familiarity and experience in the ACC landscape.

Neither were terrific hires, in all honesty. But for the time being, I'd stick with [Redacted].
