Rush the court? Start with rushing the paint. If there are more than 15 people who rush the paint, then they have permission to extend to the 3 point line.
 
You don't rush the field at the super bowl. Why would we do it now?
 
there is absolutely no way anyone is rushing the court. their walkers and wheel chairs would be a problem.

As far as they know, you roll the quad when a coach is fired and that's about it.
