He's complaining no one has read the budget bill, and is live tweeting his reading of the 2,200 page document. Up to about 50 tweets, good stuff so far.

He may be a twerp, but at least he's got some balls to make some common sense observations.
 
Rand Paul is a really good dude. One of the few Pubs that stands up to the GOP.
 
Anybody else read this thread and think “Damn, Paul Ryan actually did something worthwhile” then look at it again and think, “Oh that makes sense”?
