Hoard oversleeping for the UNC game demonstrates a true mental absence from this DM team, the current state of NCAA basketball and typifies the depression WF finds itself in.

Fundamental question about Wake Forest fans who typically have a long "to do" list on a Saturday is: How did the fans become so apathetic?

A couple suggestions for the "accepting nature of Wake Forest's fan base":
1. Clearly, the team has quit on DM.
2. DM cannot lead this age group in 2019.
3. DM's contract is apparently so lucrative that it is was never incentivizing.
4. Wake Fans are not masochistic by nature.

I don't think players actually quit on a coach. They want to win as much as anyone. They may feel down and out and lost confidence but thats Mannings job to fix. I could certainly see Manning realizing they have no chance to beat UNC and bench JH to use that as an excuse.

Accepting and apathetic? That’s bullshit.
