I become a blubbering mess when it comes to my daughter, so I'll watch this tonight at home.

It's pretty insane how influential his voice (and Free Darko's voices, more generally) influenced contemporary sports writing.
 
It's so difficult to wrap our minds around the sudden loss of a generational icon, especially at such a young age with so much left to give. Truly sad and my heart goes out to Kobe, Gigi, and everyone involved in the crash. Can you imagine being one of the kids who lost both parents and a sibling? Just heartbreaking all around and is yet another reminder to hold those you love close and reach out to your loved ones who you don't see or talk to regularly.

Also, while my daughter is a baby, I echo the sentiments that being a father of a daughter is a true gift.
