Each year for my pre-Super Bowl party I like to make two dishes from the cities of the teams in the game.

Baltimore is easy...I have an amazing crab cake recipe.

I am struggling for San Fran. I am going to serve sourdough bread but I want to have something else. A google search seems to tell me Cioppino but that could get expensive and time consuming. Is there anything else?

Ghirardelli chocolates. Keep it simple.

I feel like I've heard that they consider garlic fries some sort of traditional fare?

Cioppino, green goddess salad, and sourdough bread. All three remind me of the Bay Area.

Garlic fries are a really good one.

Big Chipotle-style burritos. Irish coffee. Tetrazzini. Chop suey. Dungeness Crab. (Crab Louie if you want to do it right.) You probably can't find It's-Its back east, but you could probably fashion some ice cream sandwiches out of oatmeal cookies.

If you wanted to do a salad, you could whip up some Green Goddess dressing.

Also, don't call it San Fran.
