I'm in...I'm in Winston for the rest of the summer starting a week from this Tuesday.

TNB will be resurrected if I can pull it out with the help of you guys!
 
Ok. Serious question.

My parents are getting a new car and offering me their old. Do I take it?

My car = 1998 Honda Accord, 120k miles, fits a lot of people and a lot of shit.

Theirs = 2003 Toyota Prius, 90 or 100k, smaller, better gas mileage, but may have batteries that die at some point in the next 5 years


Also whichever car I don't take will go to my brother. He's entering his sophomore year and is a CompSci major. When he graduates is he going to be in a better place to buy a new car with his job or am I (getting married but both of us have low paying jobs, want to pay off loans and eventually have babies)

Well.... I can't do TNB this week because I decide to drink tonight instead of Tuesday (will be working 12-14 hour days Monday-Wednesday). But after that I think I can help bring it back :D

If your brother is as smart as you, his major will position him to get a better job. Just because that's how things are nowadays.

Soooo... I'd probably take the Prius. Their storage sucksssssss.... but the gas mileage is really awesome in the short-medium term.
 
I'm really pumped about the literature coming my way.

I have "Barbarians at the Gate" loaded on my nook, but feel awkward reading that in front of Df09toy's dad... considering the time he spent at Nabisco.
