Given that it made it onto the police radio I'm guessing if they can figure out who did that they'll be getting some shit over it.

Can someone help me understand the timeline between when the older brother was shot to now? Seems like 4-5 hours. Authorities have located him or note? Thanks in advance.

Both brothers were together, older brother was shot during the chase, they were throwing explosives out of the windows, somehow there was a firefight, younger brother supposedly ran over the dying brother to get away, evaded police, now is expected to be on foot somewhere.

Feel free to correct any of that as I'm confused about it myself.

Older brother was shot sometime around 2:00 - 3:00am if I remember correctly - BPD radio at the time was saying a foot chase had ensued and that suspect had escaped to the Arsenal area of Boston. According to police scanner, BPD wanted to hold off on major sweep because of the threat of friendly fire, so they built a strong perimeter and decided to wait until sunrise. Now they are methodically moving through each area - some attention still on an industrial building in Watertown, but haven't heard anything definite yet.

And right after the brothers were identified I came upon his youtube channel and I didn't see that video on there. The link posted says it was under another name so not sure how accurate that is.
