So much for Providence being on the bubble.
 
Iowa State beats Baylor to claim the Big 12. Weird night with Providence and Iowa State winning the Big 12 and Big East.
 
So that's two Bz transfers who will be playing in the tournament.

People forget how much history the Friars have. They're at least as good as a historical program than, say, we are. It's just been a while (mid 90s, to be exact). I don't love Cooley, but he has them in position to be a contender in-conference for the near future.

Yes indeed. Also, can't remember the last time a team won a conference title with only 6 players, 4 of which who went the whole way. DeRosiers was the only sub....strange. Guess their bench isn't very deep.....:tard:
 
Carson was never labeled a problem child, was he? I thought the story was his mother was pissed about his situation here and basically forced/coaxed him into transferring.
