Meyer seems to be the main source on this and he hasn't tweeted about it in an hour (when things were going to "happen soon").

I could see Ron going all in with a bigger offer.
 
where are the stratts...can we get an aerial banner up in Richmond ASAP?
 
Possible that Smart's camp leaked that info to Meyer in order to force Ron's hand?

This guy would be on the short list of Duke, Carolina, Cuse, Kentucky if those jobs were open. I just dont see him saying, fuck it I'll just beat up on Seton Hall and Providence every year.

No, you should attend, then right as he's getting ready to kiss the bride, you bust in and kick him in the nuts and make love to his woman right there in front of the priest and all the horrified onlookers. That's the Wake Forest Way.
 
If location is such a big deal, why would Shaka pass on Illinois and the Big 10 but take up Marquette and the crappy Big East? Champaign to Milwaukee is like a little over 200 miles apart (~3 hours of driving time). Shaka's coming to Wake. Relax, boys. BELIEVE.
