Glass of water before bed. Once I learned that, hangovers are non-existent. I almost drank an entire handle on Saturday, and felt like a champ yesterday.

Two tall glasses of ice water w/2 nasty Goody's powders then a trip to pub that makes the/your best/fav Bloody Mary in town -- extra horseradish,olives and celery. Make it a salad.

Of course if you are not too hammered break down and force yourself to drink a good amount of h2o before bed. That's the best preventative for morning dry-rot.

I'd never heard of these headache powders until yesterday. had gone to a beer festival out of town on Saturday and my crew had just picked up some Bojangles and were ready to hit the highway. one girl stopped at a pharmacy and got BC Powder, apparently like Goody powder. I was so confused.
