Best sports month?

Which month of the year has the best, or most, activity in the sports that you care about?

For me, Jan: NFL football playoffs, NCAA football bowls, NCAA basketball conference play, NBA basketball

The worst month has to be July as MLB baseball is only sport going that I really follow, but there is golf, NASCAR, soccer for those fans.

Whatever month the Summer Olympics are in any given 4th year.
 
October. World Series and college football is rolling, as is NFL.

Not totally sports related but last Sunday's combination of the NBA Finals, epic GoT episode, double Veep episodes and season finale, and Tony Awards was pretty money.
 
I agree with January and pretty much the entire period when college football and basketball overlap. Throw in NFL Sundays and weather being bad, which enhances it more.
 
November. NCAA Football, NFL, NCAA Basketball, NBA, all in swing. And best of all: no fucking baseball.

Second: April. The Masters. 'Nuff said.
 
Several months can reasonably compete for title of best month...even Feb has NCAA hoops in full swing, and the SuperBowl, and occasionally the Olympics. My vote wd probably be Oct.

But only July vies for worst month. Even so the Olympic can rescue it from that fate.

In short: sports are awesome.
 
Becoming a fan of Pro cycling and TDF has transformed July into an awesome sports month (not the best month, but a lot better than it used to be). Once you know the basics of team cycling/doping it's fun to watch.
 
Gotta be June - esp this year! Stanley Cup Finals (Let's go, Rangers), NBA Finals (Go Spurs, go), US Open (Go Webb and Bill), AND the World Cup.....and of course, we had the Belmont to conclude a chance for a Triple Crown.

What can be better than that? Even w/o the WC June is hard to beat.....
