If he hadn't already spent one, sure challenge it, but only having one left early in the 2nd quarter, don't know.

That's why I like the college system. The Panthers got hurt by having to correct an officiating mistake.
 
That hold gave Denver 3pts, if the Bronco lineman didn't hold then the back gets tackled short of the first down.
 
Why didn't Carolina see if it was a 1st down and decline the penalty if it wasn't?
