Presumably OFFICAL 2015/16 Premier League - Leicester CHAMPS. Best Sports Story Ever

when newcastle gets relegated their owner will still be on the hook for 150 million$ in players salaries in the championship

It's sour grapes for sure, but this Leicester team play some seriously shit football and have so for about 2 months now. Mad respect to them grinding out 1-0 wins every week, but it's fucking awful to watch.

Ugh. It's just such fucking crap agriculture bullshit British football at it's best (worst?). Pretty sure last week sealed the title for Leicester anyways, but watching them grind out these fucking hideous 1-0's every week almost makes me wistful for Mourinho's Chelsea ... at least we could all agree on hating them for it.

glad I'm not watching this game. I'd probably have killed a dog by now.

72 mins: Chance! Humiliatingly missed! Van Aanholt crosses low from the left and picks out Borini, who’s in space 15 yards out. But his left-foot shot would have gone embarrassingly wide, had it not even more embarrassingly flown into his own face first.

82 mins: Incredible miss! Unbelievable miss! Ludicrous, tell-your-grandkids-about-this-miss miss! Van Aanholt’s shot from just outside the area ping-pongs off a couple of defenders before landing at the feet of Jack Rodwell, six yards out and in all sorts of space. The goal yawns. The fans draw breath. The ball flies over the bar.

to be fair, the foxes should have scored about 3 or 4 today

lol @ The Guardian live blog

87 mins: Leicester have not dealt with the lead very well. They’re playing like a Third Division side who find themselves 1-0 up at Old Trafford with 84 minutes to play, repeatedly hoofing the ball straight to a Sunderland defender when they might pass it to the feet of a midfielder.

I don't care that Spurs are going to lose the title to Leicester, but I do care about the way it's happening. Watching some shit side with a racist star player play shit Big Sam football for 3 months straight now and be rewarded with every lucky bounce known to mankind is aggravating.

That being said - Spurs shouldn't have lost at home to Newcastle or drawn with Liverpool twice or lost at Old Trafford on an own goal. Nobody to blame for those dropped points other than Spurs.

its going to be hilarious when manu plays better without a "proper" warmup.

3 months is unsurprisingly yet still a ridiculous overstatement -- maybe in the last month they've operated this way since their highly entrtaining 2-2 vs. (Tony Pulis! and) WBA. But they haven't dropped a single point in that time period, so it's clearly working.

Who knows how darling Spurs would've played if they were in the same situation

I like how you keep pointing to the dropped points against Liverpool with no mention of Swansea, West Brom, Chelsea, etc.

Perfectly reasonable to say they should have beaten Liverpool this year when they haven't done it in a few years, and that timespan included some absolute beatdowns.
