Everyone is AAd

Bym did send me some links for his company that I never got to, that may have been a mistake on my part

I probably sound like a dick saying this, but I get frustrated seeing dumb unqualified people my age in better jobs than me (in general fields) I've tried to network, but nobody with enough pull to get me anything.

What field do you work in? And what's your degree in?

I get your point, but I did the same thing last game. Why do you care now?

Oh i thought you were reefering to me last game, when i said i was one of 9 (vanilla civs). Im just saying it's going to be faked evventually and it's annoying

I'm talking to some friends about buying some properties and renting them out as a side gig. The numbers work out and all that, I need everyone in here to give me their thoughts. The group of possible people I vote for D1 is whoever didnt answer

I tried last time it didn't work. I don't really drink widely available wine--tried to get some region/price ideas

I'm trying to figure out a more hipster thing to say and I don't know what it'd be.

is one of your friends a handyman? how big of properties? how many? what are you going to form, LLC?

This is a very nice condescending, humble brag post combination. Well done.

Also, Toog is maf. Mark it down (unrelated to this post).

im not trying to be a wine snob. I drink plenty of moderate-to-bargain-priced wine. but I mostly get directly from wineries, especially since MD imports mostly garbage and overpriced, so there is no wa you are going to find my rec at kroger

@rommy, Volver is a Spanish estate wine, pretty available and very good. I also like Trviento Amado Sur (pretty tasty reasonably priced red blend).

2 friends, probably start with like 3-4 properties in the first year or so. Total value probably at 1M or less. I'd say LLC is the plan, still in the air a little. May go with a Bachmanity-type general partnership if I figure out they're richer than me. None of us are a handyman, but 2/3 were engineers, so maybe that's worth something? Idk, the other option is to talk to my current landlord about paying her a percentage to contract her handyman over.
