Don't post much, lurk a lot. I know Gonzaga plays in a weak conference, but damn, they are the worst so called #1 seed in a regional I remember ever seeing. At times, they couldn't even keep their footing.
Imo, the officiating just plain sucked on both sides. I'm surprised they even got it right when somebody called timeout.

LOL. What's killing college basketball is that there are too many fouls, period.

Look at the bright side, though. Now we can watch a civilized sport for a few months.

Zags had to bank in a 3 just to be in it at the end... Few calling timeouts and letting UNC set up on defense was probably a bad move in hindsight - no good plays out of those sets.

Good point. The NBA is well officiated and consists of pure basketball and elite shooters.

Y'all better be hard at work stopping UNC and Duke from winning any more of these. That's your only excuse for not knowing that BKF is #1 NBA hater.

BKF hates the NBA? No! If that's the case, why wouldn't he ever write about it?
 
I think he hates quality basketball played by extremely talented athletes.
 
I think that Polish monster's bank account needs to be watched in the next couple of days. Awful lot of missed shots around the rim

Tell me some more about how well NBA games are officiated. Is it asking too much to be able to call a travel on these plays? The referees were looking straight at what was happening here:

Is this some of that "pure basketball" that you were talking about? It may be great entertainment, but it's not basketball. Calling what was going on in this video "basketball" is a fucking joke. Going to the circus or the zoo can be great entertainment....and the NBA today has more in common with either of those than it does with the game of basketball, judging by this film clip. Do NBA players not know that you cannot take 5 or 6 steps without dribbling....or do they just not give fuck?

And the college players seem to be quickly learning how to adapt to the NBA game. Check out Karnowski's moves early in the 2nd half last night:

And people wonder why the game has gotten completely out of control and they can easily spot missed calls from the referees?
