If this isn’t it for Karius then I don’t know what is. Spartak had one chance and he should have saved it. What’s the point of qualifying for Champions League if you aren’t going to play your best players. It isn’t like Mings is exhausted.

He is clearly the best player at his position. He also might be the best in the world at saving penalties which matters in these games against teams that counter attack Liverpool’s shitty defense.

It's mostly the back 5 with two defensive minded mids that doesn't have me super excited. That is until we were 1 up after 4 mins.
