Official Russian Election Interference Thread

For a group of people so obsessed with Hillary Clinton's careless use of email (and the risk of them falling into the wrong hands)...you guys sure are comfortable with a National Security Advisor and POTUS cozying up to a foreign adversary and lying repeatedly about it. And an adversary who just interfered in our election. Oh and then there was that time Trump divulged classified Israeli intelligence to Russia's ambassador and foreign secretary. That was fun.

Your logic seems a bit inconsistent but carry on.

Moving the goal posts now, sailor. Regardless of what they find, the national security advisor pleading guilty to lying to the FBI is a huge national security scandal. Granted, it's not as bad as Bill Clinton lying about a blow job, but that was a domestic issue.
 
the Russkies have been trying to fuck around with other people's elections for over a century, amazing that the dems just discovered this

China has been hacking our military and our industry like there is no tomorrow, but the dems are silent and don't seem to care, bet if they could fabricate a story to connect a Chinese hack to Trump, then it would be a big deal

Hillary and the dems colluded with the Russians through third parties to fashion the Trump dossier, that's a definite Russian collusion story but y'all don't seem much interested in that Russian collusion, wonder why

Given we haven't even confirmed a single head of state or future head of state spoke to a single person from the other country, I'm going to assume it somehow would involve something a little less #fakenewsy.
 
I could not have predicted that Republicans would turn on our country's most highly-regarded law enforcement agency. I guess "blue lives" only matter when they're protecting our communities by shooting people of color.
 
Lol. Dude that dossier was originally financed by a conservative newspaper. The guy investigated Sepp Blatter and was partially responsible for taking him down. Talk about selectively ignoring facts.

And ignore the dossier for a second. Let's pretend it never existed. There is still a mountain of evidence and public wrongdoings - much publicly admitted by the guilty parties themselves.

Christ the density here is mind boggling.

All of which are currently being headed by a man who may or may not have had a lot of illegal communication with a foreign rival leading up the election (of which we currently do not know how much there is or how deep it goes).

Seems like you would want that to be addressed since he's the guy signing off on all this stuff at the end of the day.

For the record, I don't think there was even much "ill intent" behind what Trump and his morons did. They just had no fucking idea what they were doing because they are all massive idiots who don't know the first thing about the law, politics, or what you can and cannot do when representing America to foreign nations. I'm guessing they thought that everybody else did this stuff so they could do it, except they were too stupid to cover their tracks well, because, once again, they are absolute idiots.

Then when they were pressed on it they lied about everything because, once again, they had no idea how the government works and thought that once Trump was the POTUS it was effectively a dictatorship where he could make any problem go away.

So anyway, they are all in this mess now because they are all, idiots, and are representing America, so that's fantastic.

Personally I don't care so much about what they did or didn't do as much as I care that there are so many stupid people currently running the White House. That's my No. 1 concern, that they are all just hilariously inept and stupid. It's disheartening that they somehow won the election. Speaks to the sad state of America more than anything else possibly could.

So if President Hillary's campaign was suspected of colluding with a foreign adversary and her National Security Advisor lied about conversations with that foreign adversary (allegedly to discuss he lifting of sanctions)...you would still put those things ahead of this scandal?

Good, so you are just admitting that the administration is careless in pretty much everything they do. So...just stupid and uninformed. Much better than grossly negligent if we are picking sides, right?

Almost as if we shouldn't elect people who have no idea how government and politics work. Weird.
