He hasn't even dominated his own crappy conference, but you think he's a viable candidate for an ACC job? Oof. His resume makes [Redacted] and Manning's credentials pre-Wake look solid.
 
If we hire Amaker, then that just might do it for me. I'm not sure i could subject myself to the wake forest basketball shitshow anymore. I've been a huge Wake for more than 40 years every since I was a little kid but I'm tired of this shit. Please let it be Matta or Forbes. Possibly Miller. Just not Amaker.
 
I get that he may not be ready but he is a good coach

I think we’d like to get a more established coach at this point. It’d make a great story if it worked out, but that’s too much of flyer, we can’t afford another dumpster fire.

I don’t want to belabor the point, but if I recall correctly, at least some of the moderation issues related to actions taken against people who posed so-called premium content

If those two don't work out, I'd put the search firm to work looking at P6 assistants before settling that any of the remaining 4 are the best choice. But with a gun to my head, Miller (with a firm understanding that his name doesn't get him special treatment if he fails), Kelsey (with a short leash...cut bait if he's not making major headway), Amaker (low ceiling, but known floor) and then a big gap to Odom. Odom even being on the list just seems like a favor to pops. He's, by far, the least qualified in experience and results.
 
How sure is KVegas that Amaker was on campus today? There’s some conflicting sources on that information.

Fair enough. Agree to disagree but Miller has never coached at an acc program and man I hope his first 5 years at wake are better than his first 5 at UNC-G
