To be clear here, because it's significant difference in journalism, that info was never "published." Let me know if there's anywhere written in Journal or at journalnow.com that says anything that's been proven was wrong.

So there are different editorial standards for your Twitter account? That’s interesting. I don’t think there are many newspapers that operate like that.
 
Great hire. Love that he's a good, strong personality who stands up for himself, has coached with multiple good, strong personalities who stand up for themselves (Pearl, Marshall), and has won at literally every stop, at every level. I would've been fine with Miller but Forbes is a home run to me.

I enjoy the ESTU board and the step down narrative and its only about money, I mean there is this little thing called the facilities, the recruiting potentil, which moves to the biggest seller, its the fucking ACC you rubes.

Stop being an asshole. Of course there's a difference between published in the paper and something on Twitter. Connor got fed some bad info and mentioned on social media not via a legit news outlet. Again, stop being a dick.

The Journal and its editors don't regulate what I say on a radio station in Tennessee, or hence, what that station tweets that I said.

The Journal and its editors sure as hell care what I write that goes in our paper or online.

Fuck man, I had the word "freaking" in the first graf of a MTOW film review in football season and got told to never use that word, in print or for online-only stories. I've tweeted four times this calendar year with "freaking" (two in reference to TV Teddy) and never heard a thing.

I’m not trying to be a dick, I was genuinely curious how it happened. And his latest post is interesting. I find it hard to believe that ESPN would be ok with Adam Schefter breaking news on his Twitter account that wasn’t solid enough to be posted on ESPN.com, but it seems like the WSJ operates differently.

I had heard from multiple and independent sources (#sauces, I guess now) that Forbes and Miller were out at that point. As I said on radio, I'll eat crow if I'm wrong. Can't taste much worse than paper. And clearly was wrong. I can live with that, though.
