There wasn’t much discussion of a traitor in our chatzy. I remember considering it, but not being too worried because I felt confident it would work like toogs and the traitor could basically choose which maf to win with. Didn’t think about Saul.

I was legit so pissed when you didn't hit townie on the night we hit JTP even after i told you to hit townie. We went back and forth in chatzy about who to hit. If we hit JTP it was better for tim. If we hit townie it was better for me.

Yeah Ill say the same thing I told Parlay during the game, it's completely unfair for there to be investigative roles (real or fake) who can release information at any time in a closed game which gets at other people's ID but those people cannot then respond unless they have votes on them and it's in the last 30 minutes because commenting on that topic then gets at your own ID.

Once you find him or he finds you, you can communicate 30 words per round thru the Mod. Because you are loyal to Saul, you will do as he asks. You may not reveal any of your mafia teammates to Saul or hint at their identity but you may warn him of imminent danger. Since you are the lone communicator with Nacho while you are in the game, you can utilize that ability as best serves you. If you want to alter what is asked of nacho from what is agreed to in chat, PM the mod prior to the end of the night. You will receive info back in a pm from the mod always to share with your teammates. Should the Fring Mafia be eliminated, you will be able to chat with Saul. You can also win with Saul. You have the most interesting and complex role in the game. If anyone can walk that tightrope, you can.
Hidden: Now that you have found Nacho, you can submit either a question or an instruction to Nacho of up to 25 words. The question/instruction can not in any way be related to him revealing any teammate identities or hinting at them in any way. If all the members of his team are eliminated except Nacho, he will join the Fring Mafia. Prior to that, all communication with Nacho is thru the Mods only. Any answers will be in a PM to Mike.

Agree with this. The claim restriction got to the point where i had no idea what people could or couldn't say.
 
So neither of the mods answered me in mafia chat. How hot was Rommy in dead chat?
 
Also I liked the ID change mechanic

but it needed to be done in a game where roles could be discussed otherwise was kind of pointless (other than direction bit)

Agreed. Juice found his mason day one, Townie survived for like seven days, I was able to block a hit on myself wasting a night hit for some anti-town faction, and we had plenty of alignment determinations and we still weren't even close.
 
Props to parlay for putting together a game that fit the theme and gave each faction especially Indys a chance to win.

Yeah the ID change mechanic would be a situation where you would WANT people claiming because the claims could be completely meaningless given this mechanic.

Also the wording of the PM I got about the police benevolence money/gift plus what I could do with that money/gift made absolutely no sense to me.
 
jeez the mafia teams were rather imbalanced and then one cunt no-showed entirely. Well played by us to even have a chance.

Creative game but some of this stuff was impossible and just made the game hard on the players and the mod. Restrictions on revealing rarely work well and even the most ethical players will accidentally "angle-shoot" which is in quotes because it's not really that. Tip of the cap for effort and creativity though.
