Coming out against Trump getting another justice and not coming out for court packing during the election isn't giving conservatives an inch.
 
I have no hope for Alito, Thomas, Kavanaugh. But are Roberts and Gorsuch likely to rule for Trump even if it’s pretty clear that he is just trying to seize power and invalidate election results?
 
That's the question and why they want to add another justice for that cushion.

Somehow I have a hunch that Chris Wallace in the first debate is going to do everything possible to try and pin Biden into making either a blanket pledge not to expand the Court or make any other reforms, or agree to do it. He's better than most Fox News talking heads, but this is one issue that's too good for any Fox employee to let slide. And I'm sure that Trump will be egging him on.
 
Well the new Dem House plan gives him cover. I think Americans could agree on a straight forward process that would eliminate chaos.

I would say “hey if congress passes the legislation then the will of the people has been made clear via their elected representatives and I will sign it into law”. Some shit like that?

OH, does she have a choice? That’s so kind of you! You assholes don’t care if leftists vote for Biden, you just need someone to blame if he loses, same with Hillary. Much easier to blame other people than to reconcile the unattractiveness of your own ideology.
