The first week sucks, but once you get into a routine the rest of your day is awesome and you don't have it hanging over your head for the rest of your day. A lot more energy and focus during the day as well.

Absolutely. Going out of town disrupted my routine at the same time I was losing interest in my current program. Not a great combination.
