feels like the trailer doesn't even give a shit about this movie
There's also yellow lightning bolts (Electro)
The only time I saw JJJ was the bald one we saw in FFH.
As for other Spider-Mans (Spider-Men?) I hope we don't find that out until butts are in the theater seats.
I don't love the idea of Parker making a wish to Dr. Strange to have everyone forget and then reconsidering mid-spell, with Strange just deciding to move forward anyway. Hopefully, there is something more to it than that.
According to this, there may be clues that sandman and lizard may show up in this movie so S6 could be coming https://www.insider.com/spider-man-no-way-home-trailer-easter-eggs-cool-details-2021-8?ampYou've got to imagine some form of the Sinister 6 will show up. We've already presumably got a goblin, Electro and Doc Ock. Vulture is in jail in that universe and holograms of Mysterio could pop up anywhere.
Thomas Haden Church's Sandman was the only redeeming factor in Spiderman 3, but I don't really want any part of that movie in this universe; certainly not Franco's Hobgoblin. So that leaves them to either re-imagine Sandman, bring in Garfield's Lizard, create their own Kraven, or introduce one of the randos that dipped in and out of the 6. As much as I want to see a Spiderman/Kraven battle, I'm not sure this is the setting to do him justice.
I also can't take this Doctor Strange seriously. He screws up the entire timeline/multiverse just because Peter wants a different world and talks during his spell-casting? That, combined with a very childish/petty "Be careful what you wish for, Peter" just doesn't seem like him at all. I'm not sure what's going on with the real Stephen Strange, but something is up.
