Keep in mind you have to make a loan with the bank and the usual loan for a McDonald's franchise is around $1,000,000 and that is that high because they are guaranteed for success. I plan on buying hopefully a Super 8 and a Hilton with a Convention center and a restaurant. Anyways one McDonald’s Franchise usually makes on average $157,000 in profit.

kinda depends on how strict the 6 year requirement is tbh

I've only just started my 6th year of grad studies and I haven't even taught PS all of those years - jumped around between teaching interpersonal comm and mass comm.

i also am currently teaching so the urgency of that position is probs too much as well
 
Do you ever wonder if you have like, secret malevolent powers that you're just unaware of or that you're using unconsciously? I've only truly disliked 4 people in my life, and 3 of them are dead and one is serving what basically amounts to a life sentence. Am I a warlock?

Yeah this guy on the bike in the Viking hat doing circles in the middle of traffic isn’t annoying at all. Bikers are the worst.

Based on the qualifications and need, they're clearly looking for someone who can bail on their current classes to move to Oahu and teach right away. But that's not as harsh as it may seen considering plenty of people are teaching online.

I'll message her and I'm PM you any info she sends me.
