So the party of "law and order" and states rights just ignores court orders and appeals to the federal government to step in and override state courts? Unpossible!
 
Honestly, like what good is a soul anyways? I could join the Federalist Society, say a couple things, get a nice pat on my head, and boom I am a Federal Court judge the rest of my life.

I have appeared before Judge Leslie Abrams Gardner, and she was awesome! My favorite remains Jackson, who was a federal public defender for several years.

BTW, in my view the Federalist Society is a bunch judges and lawyers jacking off in front of their Scalia posters.
 
I think having a public defender on the court would be great.
 
Reports are that Manchin is talking up Childs, and really likes her. But lets not make the Supreme Court political or anything.

She is a good pick, and probably best of the 3 front runners. I am having an issue with the Court of Appeals for DC being the only court they are picking from, but thats just me being nit picky.

He said he'd announce the pick by the end of the month. This is the last Friday of the month with the State of the Union address on Tuesday. I assume the obvious reasons are that some people will criticize everything.
