Totally Unofficial 2022/23 Premier League Thread

I’m not sure you guys realize how terrible we are

@dv7 how is James Garner? Sounds like we just copped.

I don’t give two shits about Chelsea, but it is disheartening to see Pulisic on the bench while they scuffle along

My PL bets have also been pretty terrible so far this season so if anyone wants to fade me today I have:

Bournemouth ML +260
Totty ML +110
Arsenal ML -205
Arsenal -2.5 +330

Arsenal -2.5 is rough because we are going against a former Arsenal GK which means he will play out of his mind guaranteed.

Saka just had his shirt pulled back for 15 yards and then got literally thrown to the ground by Mings in the box but no foul and VAR didn’t think there was anything. Alright.

Villa going with the old strategy of “just kick Arsenal as many times as possible and hope the ref doesn’t give out red cards”

Early returns show this is the case as expected

Insane we are only up 1-0, should be 3 or more. Martinez making some insane saves to keep Villa in it.

This Haaland guy. Don't think he's going to struggle with the move to the Premier League quite as much as the pundits may have said.

Multiple Villa players have stopped counters with cynical fouls and received no cards. Arsenal has two players do it, first foul for both in the game, both booked. This is the consistency shit that needs to change.

Ohhh, Isak with some instant returns at Newcastle. VVD got dragged out of the center and never recovered. Nice finish.

Kamara with his third warning of the match from the ref, that’ll teach him

Arsenal fans probably won't like that either...

Bring on Turner!

Villa score off a corner that only came about from an incorrect corner given, should have been a goal kick. Then Watkins is holding Ramsdale with two arms and the corner goes in. Super.

Incredible time wasting from Spurs leads to a Hammers goal off a beautiful feed from Antonio
