To show how sophisticated the student-athletes are at working the portal and NIL, the word is that Dickinson's "advisors" instructed Dickinson to draw out the decision as long as possible to create an auction. Rumors are that Kansas and Kentucky are offering seven figure deals, while Maryland is offering slightly less, but is looking for a hometown discount (Dickinson is from MD, and his HS coach is now a MD assistant).

Seriously. I cringe every time watching that scene. I think back to my own vasectomy. I swear the dr used an ice pick for a syringe.

Several years ago a real life friend was switching jobs and losing his insurance on 12/31. He was flying from VA to GA to look for houses. He found a local doc that would give the snip snip at the last moment (a friday) and he got on a plane to fly the next day. Dude traveled with a cooler full of frozen peas.

Had to have been a better way to do that but.
