NIT 2024: Next in a Long Line of Basketball Disappointments

This is a tired joke. None of the posters here believe that losing games is a “path” to winning, those posters just held out hope that we had enough talent to win enough important games later in the season to make the tournament such that those earlier losses would be less relevant. It didn’t happen, but there’s no point in shaming those posters for having hope.
That's part of it. But those posters were also mocking fans who were concerned about losing winnable games.

I’m just going to say that our season is on the line with a minute left and Clark is in. I thought he must be literally incapable of dribbling until this game. How are we making personnel decisions?
Defense for offense sub. Probably could have used those a few more times this year.

Up until now we haven’t used him for anything! Today we’re subbing for him. It makes zero sense.

Georgia ML was a no brainer once Sallis was ruled out. And Georgia sucks.

clark stinks, just like marsh, keller and mmm. the fact those guys have had to play is a big part of our problem.

Bizarre after game Clark had earlier in season where he played great D to lead a comeback that doesn’t see court all year until now. Just mind boggling he didn’t get more PT and who knows what he could have contributed offensively if ever able to build his confidence up. poor personnel mgmt for certain.

Does this mean that Wake will be a 4 seed next year and get Georgia in the first round?

I feel like people are mostly mocking a certain reporter more so than any posters here. Could be wrong.
