keep the ball rolling Forbes!

Spillers played 27 games at USC Salkehatchie in 2021-22, according to this.

Played 34 games at Moberly in 2022-23, according to this.

And then played at App State this past season, obviously.

He's got one year left. JuCo years count just the same as years in D-1 as far as college eligibility.

Conor is correct here. Had been some thoughts of two years remaining, but the word is now one.

I had the wrong number.

I'll bet you could get some lawsuit going that eligibility years is an arbitrary thing anyway

Well the lawyers who sued to get all of the second-time transfers immediately eligible need some replacement for those billable hours, right?

You misspelled PJ Hall going to UNC.

I’m trying not to read into this too much, but if we are being more flexible with admissions that could be a really good thing.
Well, it seems we can read a fair amount into this if he just has one year of eligibility. That changes our recruiting landscape dramatically. I look forward to hearing more specifics.

He's not coming here with the options he had available to play 12 minutes a game. I've got to imagine he's splitting his time at the 3/4 and Forbes is looking to make us a) bigger; and b) more athletic overall.

Just because we can (and we will with each new roster update!), here's a minutes projection:
Portal PG - 30
Cam - 32
Friedrichsen - 18
Juke - 12
Portal CG - 12
Spillers - 24
Carr - 30
Reid - 28
Portal big - 10
Marion/Canka/2 others - 4 minutes

I mean to be honest, any fan worried about the Wake Forest 2025-2026 roster is getting about 11 months ahead of themselves.

Fair, but we'll be losing Hildreth, Carr, Reid (and now Spillers) after next year.

That's 4 big pieces to replace before we consider transfers.

I know that everything is year to year at this point (now more than ever), but would be nice to have at least one guy in the frontcourt that could return for '25-26.

Would our athletic dept have done this graphic or would that have come from the player? Seems unusual to have the coach in the pic
Players usually pay people to make these edits. Don’t know why the person that made this out Forbes there but it’s funny as hell lol

CJ Spiller used to torch us, so hopefully Spillers can torch Clemson and other teams. The extra S is for "Suck it, App rubes"
