CBM: X-Men '97; Deadpool and Wolverine trailer

Modine represents the cockiness of the Gotham PD in the post-Dent era.

I feel like there is a lot of backstory that was cut from TDKR that could be thematically introduced into a Catwoman movie.

Modine sucked balls, what a terrible addition to the story.

He was supposed to suck balls.

Modine's inclusion was a little in-joke to cinephiles. Modine was in Full Metal Jacket, where his character's name was.... Private Joker.

But he was fine in the movie, didn't have much to do, but was appropriately sleazy.

Meh, waste of good camera time. Plus his little charge at the end was hokey.

I forgot about all the special features from Batman Begins. It's awesome seeing how they built the Tumbler (Batmobile) from ground up, then actually driving it 100mph and jumping it.

I thought most of the scenes with a lot of extras looked hokey.

so is Batman (or Robin, whatever JGL wants to call himself) supposed to go out there and protect Gotham without a mentor and training like Bruce got?

I think he's inspired by the Batman to figure out his own way of protecting Gotham.

On a side note, I could have gone and rewatched this on IMAX this afternoon but I decided I needed to get work done instead. Meanwhile, I've gotten jack done and I keep posting on this thread.

Saw it last night in IMAX, and it was incredible. TDK was one of my favorite movies ever, and this epic conclusion in no way let me down. One of the most satisfying endings ever.

The opening scene is still confusing to me. The CIA is paying these Bane plants to deliver the scientist and they suggest bringing a few more prisoners with intimate knowledge of Bane along? If that is true, why was the plan necessary? Also, are we to assume Bane is on the authority's radar for other crimes?

Not so much the CIA as Littlefinger.
