I'd have to agree. Its one thing to admit and discuss that Tony wasn't and isn't yet an impact player, its another to describe him as a shitty recruit. One can be glad he moved on without being an ass about it, and wish him success.

Its not nice but yes the school systems are paying a frightening amount of money to address special needs kids. A really shocking amount. At some point that does in fact cut in to what they can do for all kids. Its hard to effectively tell someone "sucks to be you" but resources are limited.
