Ron said nothing specific in that interview to draw any conclusion on the status of the Smart offer. Maybe Shaka has declined and Ron is moving to Plan B. Maybe negotiations are continuing. Maybe Smart has said yes and the final papers are being drawn. Who knows, so everyone needs to calm down...
