NJ DEAC POST HERE - Post all your long form essays on the pros, cons, and unintended consequences of NIL in this thread!

If invited, I’d come back solely on this thread just to tell NJ how wrong he is.

    The Mueller Report is Delivered

The people who don’t want the report released have plenty of reasons to not release it.

    The Mueller Report is Delivered

Indeed. I’d love to see the evidence for both. Hell, I’d love to see an actual statement from Mueller, or even Barr, claiming there was no evidence of collusion.

Sports board only. I’ve come to rehabilitate this lot, the crazies there are too far gone.

    The Mueller Report is Delivered

Welp. “Robert Swan Mueller III is an American attorney who served as the sixth director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, from 2001 to 2013.”

    The Mueller Report is Delivered

Wait I don’t remember this. Why was Obama talking about rigged elections? I agree that believing our elections might be rigged is intellectually contemptible. Who was making that claim that prompted Obama’s response above?

    That’s not the premise.

    The Mueller Report is Delivered

“During the course of his investigation, the Special Counsel also referred several matters to other offices for further action.” Those referrals have already produced ample evidence of crimes committed by the President and his close associates (thus providing the missing motive for obstruction)...

First Charges Filed in Mueller Investigation

You apparently don’t. Obstruction of Justice is a crime. Period. It’s not any less of a crime if you aren’t charged with some other crime from the investigation you were trying to obstruct. The reasons for this are quite obvious.

First Charges Filed in Mueller Investigation

Good summary. Will also point that Barr’s letter does not rule out the possibility that there is enough evidence to establish a Trump/Russia conspiracy unrelated to election meddling (I.e. Trump Tower Moscow for sanctions relief). It appears that Mueller’s report didn’t answer that question.

    The Mueller Report is Delivered

A close reading of the Barr letter actually seems worse than I thought for Trump. It implies that there is evidence potentially supporting an Obstruction of Justice charge that hasn’t been publicly reported, concedes that most of the investigatios into Trump and Co.’s criminal behavior are...

    The Mueller Report is Delivered

    3. Mueller found a whole bunch of shit outside the limited purview of conspiracy to meddle in the election and obstruction of justice. Instead of including those in his final report, he farmed them out to other law enforcement agencies, many of whom are still investigating Trump.

    The Mueller Report is Delivered

I think the crazies on here are getting a little too excited about a summary of a summary which only says: 1. Mueller didn’t think there was enough evidence of a conspiracy (a legal term much narrower than collusion or coordination) to interfere with the election between Trump Campaign and...
