Little Maximus wouldn’t do wedding pictures, so Tiberius stood in but Maximus did great as the ring bearer, so I’m calling it a win.

Having a beer after experiencing a real life medium security asylum and holy shit. Was planning on having an hour to talk some sense into him, had 10 minutes before security escorted me out. Now just have to mail out his letter that he wrote in marker since they don't allow pens or pencils.

Just picked up my yearly Valium prescription for flying and apparently my new doctor is not nearly as concerned with me possibly abusing prescription drugs as my old doctor. She also took me off of my statin after looking at my chart and basically said my old doctor was a moron for putting me on it to begin with. I like my new primary care physician.

Y’all need to keep doing your good work. I hate that I haven’t been so active this season but you and deacon14 are my support group. Keep it up so I don’t need to find a therapist!

I’ve been seeing a therapist since March and it has helped me tremendously. I wasn’t one to yell and college athletes and shit, but I am apparently quite anxious and let it affect my relationships and self worth. I am doing better. Therapy isn’t for everyone, but that’s been my experience so far.
 
just checked in to see we lost in baseball, tennis, and women’s golf is still struggling. Great day to be a Deacon!!
