I put up some screenshots on the Steve Forbes credibility thread showing our players in jams on the floor and Forbes wasn't calling timeout. I was told he couldn't. Didn't Brownell just call a timeout with his player aboutto get a five second call?

Coaches can call TO when the ball is not in play on the floor. Coaches cannot call TO when the ball is in play.
