LaRavia had 21 off the bench in a blowout loss to the Blazers.

It was basically a G-League game plus Anferee Simons.
 
Back to back double-doubles. The Grizzlies are in a great position. They're giving their young future bench a bunch of playing time. Those players can boost their stock to get in the rotation next year or the Grizzlies can include them in trades. They'll still likely finish top 5-8 in the lottery and add a rotation player. Memphis is now stacked with young wings. Maybe Jake can play himself into getting traded into a better situation.
 
Who’s going to deliver his eulogy?
 
I don’t follow the Grizzlies roster situation super closely but I think they end up trading him with picks to upgrade their wings. Then they can rely on players like Ziaire Williams, Vince Williams, and GG Jackson off the bench. A healthy Grizz team should be contenders. Hopefully Ja is using this redshirt year to get himself together.
