Top 100 recruit out of high school. Averaged 9 pts and 3.5 assts as a freshman last year at Louisville. Louisville fans seem upset to see him go. Seems like a very fast guard; potentially pass-first. Had his best game against FSU with 28 pts and 11 assts. What do you all know about this Louisville kid who just committed?

Connor referred to him as a Louisville castoff. That doesn’t sound greatTop 100 recruit out of high school. Averaged 9 pts and 3.5 assts as a freshman last year at Louisville. You can watch the game recap here - it's basically all highlights of him. That’s one hell of a best game.
Conor corrected that phrasing a few tweets later. Someone tweeted that Ty-Laur is one of the 2-3 players that Louisville fans wanted to keep from the team last year.Connor referred to him as a Louisville castoff. That doesn’t sound great
Yeah, the highlights look like he’s a fast, pass-first PG who should thrive in our offense. After watching the UL FSU highlights I am excited. Dude is athletic and threw 4-5 passes I never saw Boopie make.
Omg. This is the tights guy. Geez.I kind of regret using the term "castoff," fwiw. Just QT'd somebody saying Louisville fans would have actually preferred him returning. The stats don't paint the prettiest of pictures -- and he literally missed most of a first half because he didn't have the tights he wanted to wear -- but Louisville was obviously a trainwreck.
Here's the quick story on his commitment.
