Can anybody link me to a clip of the Wellman interview? Muchas gracias.

Lol....Maryland "wasn't even considered":

"NIT committee member Carroll Williams to us here: Teams considered but left out: IU, Marq,UNLV, Boise, Rich, Tol, Akr, Ohio, Wash, OreSt."

Dino on ESPNU right now. Wonder if he's going to rip his old boss.

Bizarre picks on ESPN - Vitale, Digger, Bilas, and Jason Williams all pick Michigan St to win it all. They were all referencing the team finally being healthy. Did they just get 3 starters back or something??? Before getting hot in the Big10 tournament, the last time they won back-to-back games was mid-January!

Although I've learned never to pick against Izzo in the tournament.

Why do people think Dino is good on espn?

All that greasy wop does is look down and read off a script

Why would Wellman give State a bid?? Not only are they not deserving, they're one of our chief rivals and this just gives Gottfried more recruiting momentum. Maybe he felt really bad about that traveling call.

Maybe because what's good for Wake is never on his mind....

Actually i think they did get 3 starters back before the tournament.

Today is why ESPN hired Seth Greenberg. He is in the HOF of complaining about NCAAT seeding.

I heard he had 2 choices after he got canned by Va. Tech, go to ESPN as an analyst or play Uncle Fester in the Adams Family remake.

Have you watched them at all this year? They were fantastic early in the season before the injuries. When they get everyone back, if they're meshing, they're one of the best teams in the country.

Four years ago, Wake Forest athletic director Ron Wellman fired Dino Gaudio as men’s basketball coach and replaced him with good friend Jeff [Redacted], who was coming off three consecutive losing seasons at Colorado.

Wellman was vilified by fans and media at the time, considering Gaudio had just taken the Demon Deacons to the NCAA tournament. Four years later, opinions haven’t changed much, considering that [Redacted] is 51-78 in his tenure at Wake and hasn’t sniffed the NCAAs.

The one positive for Wellman about all this? At least he’s used to getting ripped, although today it is happening on a more national scale.

That;s basically it. The Big We Can't Count Our Teams was the first time they have had their starters together in at least two months. they are the anti-AZ (only Nick Johnson has any cajones).

UCincinnati fans are killing me today in the office. Not much love for ole Ron.

Per KemPom, SMU's non-conference SOS was 303. Which is 14 places ahead of the non-conference schedule assembled by the head of the selection committee.
