I will find it hilarious if a freshman beat writer from Missou can #scoop our next coach whereas our 60 year old beat writer on the job for 30 years can't even find out if our old coach has been fired yet.

My guess is that, if WF pulls the trigger, they will offer Bzz substantially more money than he makes now. It's a higher prestige job with lots more upside. (OTOH, they'll fire his ass in a flash if he doesn't produce big-time results in his first two years.) Even if CU puts an extension on the table, it's not going to be competitive with the Wake package.

It Wake wants Bzz, Bzz is gone.....

Seriously can we get schiff to cover wake sports? With his rough rider hall of fame credentials he clearly has access our writers can only openly pine for.
