Buzz Williams is looking to get an assistant at VPI who he has knowledge of the DC recruiting corridor. I don't think it's unlikely that we ask Battle to stay. If he actually will is another question all together.
 
That is the benefit of hopefully getting him on the cheap compared to 3+MM for Shaka. Maybe he can bring in a stud recruiter assistant.
 
is there any evidence that Chill is a good coach or are we just going off his legacy as a player ? Serious question...
 
Yeah I wonder if contract details will leak. I would guess he's in the $1.3-1.5 range?

Early this season, it looked like he had done some good work with CMM, but then CMM tailed off as the year went on, so it is hard to say if the early success was just due to an easy schedule.

What do we pay assistants? Levelle currently makes $100k
 
We could pay Levelle more than that.

I love Chill but I have no reason to believe that he's a good, or bad for that matter, coach. I have no idea. Does anybody actually know?
 
I insist that he bring back the other 4 members of the '88 Kansas team as his staff and that they all perform as his background singers.

No offense, but it sounds like something Josh Harris would tweet at half time.
 
LeVelle isn't leaving a position as HC at his alma mater to come be an assistant coach at Wake. The only hope would be for him to be Assoc. HC.
