And Mignolet has been sucky, but the goal wasn't really his fault. just unlucky.

Marcos Rojo is just insanely calm when under pressure. Dude doesn't get rattled and just clear his lines... ever.

Not sure that will always be a good thing, but it is what Rojo is.
 
If you are going to sub on Crouch then you should sub on Arnautovic as well, just for his crossing ability. I mean, I'm cool with Crouch being out there without a guy that can deliver balls into the box perfectly, but just saying.
