I did not know that...that makes a little more sense.

I just know Kiel was projected to have a big game, and then someone shoots to the top of the rankings because they started his backup. But oh well. No worries.

PH's definition is the one I assumed we were talking about...never thought about the second one. Figure that would be too easy to catch.
 
I had no idea before this that there were daily college football leagues much less Thurs/Fri leagues.
 
Draft Kings, etc. More or less annoying than the rise of Stub Hub and other ticket broker site ads a few years ago?
 
Glad to see player performances for week3 turned out closer to expectations. I was really questioning myself after last week.
 
I actually finished 1st in a 50/50 competition.

Only 34 people, so not a huge accomplishment, but still felt good about it.
 
Didn't win a single contest this week. Was in the money on two until GB scored 5 TDs last night.

I did the same out of 57. Feels good of course but is bit of a downer when you consider the next 15-20 get paid the same as you. Still great for confidence going fwd.

Ugh, that sucks. Kind of surprised there were so many folks playing Packer/Chiefs. But I guess with the O/U being what it was you could certainly justify it.

I reaped benefit of it via a mon/thurs 50/50. Had Rodgers, Jones, Cobb & Charles. Really wish I had entered more now.

Took 1st in a DK baseball tourney last night. $27 entry, 105 slots. Paid $550 for first
 
Slim is spot on. My lineups this week were spot on...but due to last weeks debacle I only entered $10 worth of contests. Had my GPPs been at the $3 or $5 level my profit would have been so much higher.
 
not surprising at all that a well known online poker grinder won the first draftkings millionaire maker last year.
 
You guys eyeing any good stacks this week? Dalton/Green is certainly intriguing and of course a Packers stack is always a possibility.

I definitely like the Dalton stacks, even mixing in a Gio with AJ or Marvin is possible.

Carr - Cooper (and possibly Crabtree) are all very cheap across sites and deliver a lot of value.

Eli - OBJ is actually a decent contrarian play as people are usually scared of Buffalo DEF but they've given up the 4th most points to opposing QBs and 6th most to WRs. And since that stack is probably fairly expensive across sites, allows you to use your high ownership value guys.

I'd imagine the Rodgers stacks will be the most commons stack of the week.
 
They're talking about moving the Redskins/Eagles game to week 8 because of Hurricane MF Jaoquin, how does that affect things? I guess just avoid players from either of those teams?
