Yeah Bam's almost assuredly a lock for State, but I thought the tweet was interesting. I went back and edited to add the full series of tweets and link to the article about him scheduling visits.

HG and Bam are both going to UNC, even though they aren't visiting, because they already know everything they need to know about Roy and UNC-CH.

Speaking of Rex, what is the fascination with that guy? Aside from the freak show off the field stuff, which is pretty sick, he sucks. He took over a decent Bills team and they suddenly suck. He did nothing with the Jets, and he finally got fired, and they are suddenly pretty good. And doing it with a Bills QB castoff and while Rex's hand-picked QB is out. I don't see any results which indicate he ought to be coaching in the League.

Doesn't it seem strange that he hasn't committed to State yet? Especially since it has been a few weeks since DSJ committed. Maybe he isn't as much of a lock for State (not saying anything about Wake, just NSCU).

Addendum.
 
Well, according to IC, he's spent more time on UNC's campus than he has anywhere else, so he doesn't really need his OV there because he's such a lock to Carolina that it's pretty much pointless. Although, some are beginning to doubt whether he would even get a lot of playing time there.

My understanding is that they have offered preferred walk on status to him.
